Sandstone tenement offices - 19 Lynedoch Street/Terrace:
Locasted in the west end above Kelvingrove Park and sited across from the classical crescent and designed by George Smith 1845-48. The building is B-listed, unoccupied and in decaying condition despite its prime location.
The stonework is heavily eroded particularly at the rear where missing stones are nested by pigeons
Planning permission was granted to convert to 8 flats, but now an application has been made (aug 2010) to demolish the building and replace with a closely matching design containing 14 new build flats.
