Our Lady and St Margaret's Presbytery:
A Pugin & Pugin designed presbytery circa 1882. Originally Our Lady and St Margaret's RC church was sited alongside the presbytery. The large red sandstone building to the south at 126-136 is Our Lady & St. Margaret's RC Primary School designed by Bruce & Hay (1910). Whilst the school has recently been converted to offices and is in good condition, the presbytery is in dreadful condition, with smashed windows, heavily worn and damaged stonework, missing portions of roof, vegetation growth and signs of internal fire damage are visible through the window openings. The presbytery is category C listed.
