Kinning Park Pumping Station:
Opened in 1910. A fine terracotta red brick structure, with five large window bays down the north Milnpark elevation and a single window bay on the east Seaward Street elevation. Each bay comprises of a large tall round headed window then a further semi-circular window above. The Milnpark Street elevation is topped by a series of rounded tops to each bay down the elevation. The roof has large glazed areas and the interior is a full height open space with the walls tiled with gloss white glazed tiling. Adjoining the building to the south is a single storey structure on Seaward Street which shares its party wall with two older brick buildings which are the remnants of the former Kinning Park depot which closed in 1922. The buillding was re-furbished in 2009 and still functions as an integral part of Scottish Water's service within this area. Category B listed.
